Oulton, who hails from Wadebridge in Cornwall, joined Plymouth Albion Rugby Club in 2022. A former player for Exeter Chiefs, Cornish Pirates, and Redruth, Oulton has become a fan favourite at Brickfields Stadium, known for his consistent performances and strong leadership.
Over the 2024/25 season, Oulton captained Albion to a commendable fourth-place finish in National League 1 rugby, showcasing his experience and ability to guide a youthful squad. His on-field excellence was recognised when he was named National League 1 Player of the Week in March 2025.
