The first ever wellbeing event has taken place at the St Budeaux and Barne Barton wellbeing hub.
Dawn Eastley from the Wellbeing Hub said:
“We wanted to make this event a place where the local community could come together and get some information on wellbeing services available to them both in the hub itself and from city wide services.
“We hope to make this an annual event and would like to thank our partners, staff, volunteers, and the local community for making it a successful event.
“I would also like to thank our two local St Budeaux councillors Pat Patel and George Wheeler for attending and a special thank you to Pat Patel for supporting us with refreshments”
The event was attended by a range of local and city wide partners who provide wellbeing services in the community and included Wellbeing Workshops CIC, Arts Craft & Giggles CIC, Pioneers project CIC, Livewell SW, St Budeaux and Barne Barton wellbeing hub, Colebrook SW, Heads Space, Heads Count, Healthwatch Plymouth, Eat that Frog, Skills Launch Pad Plymouth, Improving lives, Peninsula Dental school, Plymouth libraries, Eldertree Befriending services, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue, Plymouth Energy community, Clarion futures, Devon & Cornwall Community policing, and Tamar View.
