Abbeyfield Tamar House in Brest Road, Derriford is inviting friends, family and the local community to come and join in with their Jubilee celebrations on June 4 between 11am and 3pm.
There will be a host of activities going on throughout the day, and organisers would love support from the local community. The event includes outdoor games, stalls, BBQ, cream teas, bric a brac, bouncy castle, face painting, raffles and tombolas and a range of fantastic prizes. Jazz singer Alison Moyna will be performing and there will also be live broadcasting for the day from Tamar House, by Omnium Radio.
Also on the list of activities is a fancy dress competition, Jubilee bingo, pub quiz and pin the crown on the Queen competition.

“We have some exciting surprise acts throughout the day and are pleased to announce that Plymouth’s Lord Mayor is also attending our event at 1pm on the day. Our residents and staff are really looking forward to the Lord Mayor’s visit.
“After a turbulent couple of years with the pandemic and our residents being isolated from their family and friends, we feel that this Jubilee celebration is really going to boost morale for residents, staff and the wider community.
