The items were discovered during a search of a property in the city in February. Officers suspect they may have been taken from residential properties in Plymouth and Cornwall.

Detective Sergeant Paula Tucker said:

“The items were discovered while searching a property in Plymouth in February.

“The value of each item is irrelevant, as we know it’s not the monetary amount which effects victims the most.”

Anyone who recognises the jewellery is asked to contact police, quoting reference number 50250027811.

It comes as a man has been charged in connection with a series of burglaries.

He is due to appear at Plymouth Crown Court on 27 March 2025.
