Plymouth Albion sign two Exeter Chiefs players on loan ahead of promotion push

Nic Allison and Noah Fenton have joined Plymouth Albion on loan from Exeter Chiefs, bolstering the squad as the club pushes for promotion in National One.

Plymouth Albion have strengthened their squad with the loan signings of centre Nic Allison and wing Noah Fenton from Exeter Chiefs, both available for selection this weekend.

The duo arrive as Albion prepare for a crucial run-in in National One, with the club currently sitting second in the table, just one point behind leaders Rotherham.

Twenty-year-old Allison featured in the England U20s Six Nations and joined Exeter Chiefs ahead of the 2023/24 season. The centre adds international age-grade experience and depth to Albion’s midfield options at a key stage of the campaign.

Fenton, 21, is a product of the Exeter Chiefs academy and has represented both the university side and Taunton Titans. Supporters may remember the wing from pre-season, when he scored at Brickfields for Exeter Chiefs U23s against Albion.

The latest additions continue the growing partnership between Albion and Exeter Chiefs, with several Chiefs players already playing key roles this season.

With promotion to the Championship firmly in sight, Albion’s squad boost comes at a pivotal moment in the campaign.
