Àclèaf at Boringdon Hall has retained its MICHELIN Star for the fourth consecutive year, maintaining its place among the South West’s most recognised fine dining destinations.
The Michelin Guide confirmed the accolade as part of its latest awards, recognising the Plympton-based restaurant for its continued consistency and technical skill. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Scott Paton, whose menus focus on seasonal produce from Devon and the surrounding region.
Responding to the news, Scott Paton said the recognition reflected the work of the entire team behind the scenes. He described the milestone as a result of “passion, creativity and tireless effort” from chefs and front-of-house staff, adding that he was proud to continue the journey with them.
Àclèaf, located within the historic Boringdon Hall Hotel, offers both a four-course signature menu and a seven-course tasting menu. Dishes are designed to reflect the changing seasons, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and modern British cooking.
Alongside its fine dining offering, Boringdon Hall has announced a series of upcoming events. A Valentine’s Afternoon Tea will take place from 13 to 15 February, featuring savoury selections, sweet treats and an optional glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé. The hotel has also published its 2026 events calendar, highlighting a range of seasonal experiences throughout the year.
The team is also seeking nominations in the South West hospitality awards, which include categories such as Best Chef, Best Restaurant and Best Hotel. The first round of voting is open until 11 February 2026.
The continued Michelin recognition marks another milestone for the venue, reinforcing its reputation within Plymouth and the wider Devon hospitality scene.
